This is a really good question. Lots of people say they are good at things but then when they actually turn up (or usually a few days after) you find out that they aren't quite what their CV promised.

I've done lots of work on lots of systems
and I've got loads of recommendations and endorsements on Linkedin

- You have a system that is on its last legs but you aren't sure what to replace it with
